Hello Sachin, admissions to all the IIIT'S are based on ranking in JEE Mains. There is no other route for admission. As per the last year of trend, the closing ranks in common pool for B.Tech CSE was 936 (I. e. 99.9256414 JEE Main percentile). So your rank should be below 900.

Based on the JEE Main percentile you obtained, your expected JEE Main AIR is between 1794-1983. The last year closing percentile and rank at IIIT Hyderabad in CSE were 99.9256414 and 936 respectively. So chances of getting CSE are good enough but the chances of getting ECE are very high.
