For getting admission in IIIT Hyderabad, you have to give JEE Mains and JEE Advance. Then do registration for admission on IIIT, Hyderabad official website.

Hi, The two colleges are actually not comparable as one is for the IT field and other is popular and traditionally known for core branches. Since you have not mentioned your choice of subject - IIIT has only branches related to CSE and IT and conditions of these two branches are not good in BIT Sindri so it's definitely IIIT Bhubaneswar. Both colleges are under State government but IIIT-Bh also take admission through JEE-Mains so there would be some national level competition too. This line is doing pretty well and with the new advent of new technology with every year, its gloing to bloom.
The average starting salary of an Electronics and Communication degree holder is between INR 3.5 lakh and INR 4.5 lakh per annum. Fresher candidates usually get a starting salary of INR 20,000 to INR 30,000 per month depending upon their interview performance and knowledge. The salary package offered to an IIT graduate is on higher side the average salary is INR 10.55 lakh per annum and maximum is INR 25 lakh per annum.

You can retain your seat till you pay the fees. Later you can withdraw, normally the fees will be refunded after deducting a small amount. But there is a deadline for this. And every college has a different refund policy. Pls go through the college's refund policy before you take a decision.
