Yes, you can do MA after MBA.
Any graduate student can apply for an MA in Politics & International relations.
I would suggest - you first set up your mind - what exactly you want to do as career.

the main difference between that the politics subject is the hardcore in M.A in Politics and International relation and in M.A. in relation the more focus is on maintaining the relation with the different publics
