South Asian University is an international university sponsored by the eight Member States of the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation. So, as you can see, it is related with 8 countries. So, obviously, it is good in international relations.

As of now, most of the universities in India offer Master's program in International relations and there the minimum eligibility criteria is 10+2+3 from a recognised university. The universities conduct their own entrance test for admission in international relations.
The best universities for International Relations are -
1) Jawahar Lal Nehru University, New Delhi - The school of international studies offers a MA in international relations. The University conducts its own entrance exam for admission in the course. Graduates in any discipline with 50% marks are eligible for applying for the course.
