Yes, the institute has a well-dedicated placement cell that coordinates with top recruiters in and around the world. The institute generally conducts placement interviews in the final semester. So far, the ISHM Kolkata placement rate recorded over the recent years was 94%. Some students have also managed to get placed before they pass out from the institute. Novotel Hotel, Clarks Hotel, Aditya Birla Group, and Spicejet are some of the recurring companies that visited the campus.

The college has not released the placement report for the year 2023. However, as per Shiksha students' review, the recently passed out batch was offered a salary of around INR 2.50 LPA.
