Dear Anbarasan,
Getting the job in Investment Banking is not easy (and that too abroad). Start applying on the website of the top investment banking firm in India (Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, Credit Suisse, etc.). And, then if you wish you can go to abroad to work within the same company using employee referrals. However, for skills yes you need to have qualitative skills, should have a good understanding of Case analysis problems, very good in MS Office etc.

However, the deadline for almost all the company have been passed as of now. Try for next batch. Certain things to note is; always make a thorough research on the company that you are going to apply for (Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America etc. ). Doing engineering does not necessarily mean that you have to work in that particular sector. It is just a graduation course and B.Tech especially offers a wide variety of careers to choose after its completion. If you are interested in financial markets you could probably do Masters in that field. As per my suggestion, I think, you should complete your graduation and then go ahead with financial markets for further studies.
