No, this college's intake is only through merit basis over JEE & SAT. This college has brightest minds of India, so you need to qualify JEE Mains. Else, you need to score above 2000/2400 in SAT. As you said I think, you did not qualify for JEE Mains, then you are not eligible to get admission in this college through management quota.

When you have done BE then why do you need to go for B.Tech?
After BE itself you can go for MBA.

60 percentile in any one of the admission tests like CAT, XAT, MAT, GMAT, CMAT, ATMA is required. However, the selection is based on merit.
