The college offers entrance and counselling-based admission to all the courses. Candidates who want to be admitted to IPER Bhopal in UG course can apply on the Higher Education Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh website. To apply for MBA courses candidates are required to visit the official website of the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Madhya Pradesh. Candidates must have all the documents required while filling out the form.

There is one PG course and two UG courses offered by IPER Bhopal i.e., MBA. The students who want to apply for an MBA, BBA and BCom, respectively. The college offers entrance-based admission to MBA based on CMAT score, followed by counseeling conducted by DHE, MP. Additionaly for admission to UG courses, candidates are required to appear in an online counseeling round conducted by the Department of Higher Education, Government of Madhya Pradesh.

The eligibility criteria for IPER Bhopal varies from one course to another. To be eligible for a UG course, a candidate must apply and appear for online counselling conducted by the Department of Higher Education, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
