IPMAT Rohtak Syllabus

The IPM syllabus of IIM Rohtak includes topics such as Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning and Verbal Ability. The IPM AT question paper will carry multiple-choice questions and the sectional weightage is the same for all three sections.The Integrated Programme in Management Aptitude Test (IPMAT) typically includes sections on Quantitative Ability, Verbal Ability, and Logical Reasoning. While mathematics is an integral part of the Quantitative Ability section, it's not the only component of the exam.While IPM Aptitude Test is an easy exam, IIM Indore's IPMAT is moderately tough but to say which is better totally depends upon the college a candidate is targeting for the five-year integrated programme. The participating colleges for both exams are different.

IIM Rohtak conducts the IPM Aptitude Test only once a year. This year, the exam will be conducted in the computer-based test mode. Here are important topics for the exam according to the sections of IPM AT question paper.1. Verbal Ability: Just like other management entrance tests, this section is divided into Reading Comprehension and Verbal Ability/English Usage. Quantitative Ability: This section of the IPM AT question paper is considered tough. However, the overall difficulty level can be considered to be moderate. Logical Reasoning: The LR section is usually moderately difficult. IPMAT and IPM Aptitude Test (IIM Rohtak) have similar syllabus but the difficulty level is different. Both exams have Quantitative Aptitude and Verbal Ability sections. However, IIM Rohtak's IPMAT exam has an additional section- Logical Reasoning. While IPM Aptitude Test is an easy exam, IIM Indore's IPMAT is moderately tough but to say which is better totally depends upon the college a candidate is targeting for the five-year integrated programme. The participating colleges for both exams are different. If a candidate's dream college accepts IPMAT score, then they should appear for IPMAT exam. The IPMAT exam conducted by IIM Indore is accepted by other institutes such as IIFT, IIM Ranchi, Nirma University,  Alliance University,  NICMAR University,  Department of Management Studies and NALSAR University of Law. The benefit of IPMAT by IIM Indore is that the exam is accepted by multiple top management insitutes in country, whereas the one conducted by IIM Rohtak is only accepted by IIM Rohtak. 

IPMAT is an entrance exam for admission in five years Integrated programme in management conducted by IIM Indore. The IPMAT 2020 syllabus comprises the following topics.
1. Quantitative Ability- MCQ : 40 Questions This covered the following as Number systems, Data Interpretation, Averages, Quantitative reasoning, Distance, Time and Work, Mixtures and Allegations, Interpretation of tables, Common graphs & charts, etc.
2. Quantitative Ability- SA : 20 Questions
3. Verbal Ability- MCQ : 40 Questions : Sentence completion, Synonyms, Antonyms, Idioms, and Phrases, Comprehension of passages, Proper Usage of Words, Vocabulary, Grammar and Fill in the Blanks. Please refer the following books for IPMAT preparation.
