1. Quantitative Ability- MCQ : 40 questions
2. Quantitative Ability- SA : 20 questions
3. Verbal Ability : 40 questions
While the UGAT syllabus comprises the following topics
1. English Language : 40 questions
2. Numerical and Data Analysis : 30 questions
3. Reasoning and General Intelligence : 30 questions
4. General Knowledge : 30 questions
So from above QA, Verbal ability are the common for both exams but Reasoning and General Intelligence and General Knowledge are the additional in UGAT. So you can prepare for both exams in the same time but needs extra attention for Reasoning and General Inte

1. Quantitative Ability- MCQ : 40 Questions This covered the following as Number systems, Data Interpretation, Averages, Quantitative reasoning, Distance, Time and Work, Mixtures and Allegations, Interpretation of tables, Common graphs & charts, etc.
2. Quantitative Ability- SA : 20 Questions
3. Verbal Ability- MCQ : 40 Questions : Sentence completion, Synonyms, Antonyms, Idioms, and Phrases, Comprehension of passages, Proper Usage of Words, Vocabulary, Grammar and Fill
