No, you won't be able to get admission without the exam, and you for other colleges it depends on your course, because admissions are closed for many colleges.

General and NC-OBC Category:
Minimum 60% in standard X/ SSC and standard XII/ HSC or equivalent examinations, Maximum 20 years of age as on July 31, 2018.
SC, ST and PWD Category:
Minimum 55% in standard X/ SSC and standard XII/ HSC or equivalent examinations, Maximum 22 years of age as on July 31, 2018.

General category students need 60% marks. Otherwise, you can't give IPMAT. For SC/ST/OBC, the required percentage is 55%.

If are in general category then you cannot give IPMAT but if you belong to SC/ST/OBC then you require 55% only to give IPMAT.
