Elementry Maths is most common for such exams. Topics like Speed Distance & Time, Work, Ratio etc. Are asked in reasoning as well. Best way to be sure is to check official notification for each.

Yes, you are eligible for IPM. IPM have a basic criteria for maximum of 20 years of age as on July 31 for general and non-OBC category.

No, you are not eligible, because candidates above 20 years of age till 1ST July are not eligible.

The questions of IPMAT are not harder than JEE. Those questions test you basic reasoning and aptitude skills. So, for someone who hasn't practiced those types of questions may seem hard.

IPMAT have 3 sections. Section A: Short answer type: 20 questions
Section B: Quantitative Aptitude: 40 questions
Section C: English: 40 questions (As per the previous year's paper pattern).
Section B: Quantitative Aptitude: 40 questions
Section C: English: 40 questions (As per the previous year's paper pattern).
