IPU CET counselling is the process conducted by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) for allotting seats to candidates based on their performance in the IPU CET or other relevant entrance exams, depending on the course. Counselling is conducted in online mode. Candidates must register on the official website, pay the counselling fee, fill in their preferences, and participate in seat allotment rounds.

Yes, with a 54% PCM aggregate in your 12th CBSE Board exams, you are qualified for a B.Tech at DTU (Delhi Technical University) or IPU (Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University). Candidates must have finished their 10+2 in order to get admitted to both universities. However, passing the JEE Mains entrance exam is a prerequisite for candidates hoping to be admitted to IPU or DTU's B.Tech program. In addition, IP University administers the IPU-CET entrance exam for admission to this esteemed institution.

The criteria for appearing in IPU CET B.Tech counselling is considered as a little different for  regular B.Tech courses compared to B.Tech and lateral entry programs:Regular B.Tech Courses:Valid JEE Main scorecard is required. IPU CET scores are not considered for these programs.B.Tech (Biotechnology) & Lateral Entry Programs:JEE Main scorecard is not mandatory. Seat allotment for these programs happens based on your  IPU CET score.

Also, there must be some timeline before which you have to apply for the refund process. Sometimes, you have to call to the university for the refund process or email them : When the timeline of getting a refund is over but you didn't get the refund or when there is no response from the university. In very few cases there are non refundable policy which should be checked and known by the applicant before submitting the amount. In that case, you will not get refund . But almost every university have

The college you get will depend on a lot of factors like your category, whether you are general, SC, ST, OBC etc. It will also depend on whether you are from Delhi or outside Delhi. For B.Com (Hons.), the cut off for applicants from Delhi is expected to be 8758 and for those from outside Delhi is expected to be 4260. If you are from Delhi, you can expect to get good colleges from IPU. But if you are from outside Delhi, then you are in the borderline. But even then, you can get good colleges in the 2nd or 3rd round.
