Hi Admit!
The date of counselling will be published on the University's website once the result has been announced. Tentatively, it will happen in the month of June. I would advise you to keep a track of the website so that you stay updated with the information.

Here are the pros and cons of selecting USICT:
a) Pros:
1. Good Placements.
2. Affordable Fees.
3. Good Infrastructure and location.
4. NIRF Ranking in top 100 for 2018.
5. Government University.
b) Cons:
1. Not so advanced curriculum.
2. Focus on exams more, marking based on length of answers.

Yes, you may get admission in IPU private colleges like Amity, JIMS, NIEC with CSE branch at a rank of 27489 for sure because you have OBC quota.

MSIT is good in both CSE and ECE. BVP is good in CSE, I am not very sure about ECE from BVP. So, I think you can fill your choices now.

Biochemical Engineering deals with the various bioreactors that are used in the manufacturing of food stuffs, pharmaceuticals and waste treatment whereas Chemical Engineering involves manufacturing of finished products using the raw materials by applying chemicals so as to change their chemical or physical composition, structure or energy content.
