What shall I do? I have paid 1000 INR in IPU CET counselling registration but now I am unable to fill the choices.

I can understand your situation, but IPU counseling committee does this every year. They every time postpone choice filling dates. So don't worry, you are not alone.
None of the IPU aspirants have filled the choice.
