Their procedure entails: SNAP or SIMC MA (MC) Admission Exam: Slay the institute-specific test (high 90s!) or the national SNAP (75+ percentile). The college you get will depend on a lot of factors like your category, whether you are general, SC, ST, OBC etc. It will also depend on whether you are from Delhi or outside Delhi. For B.Com (Hons.), the cut off for applicants from Delhi is expected to be 8758 and for those from outside Delhi is expected to be 4260. If you are from Delhi, you can expect to get good colleges from IPU. But if you are from outside Delhi, then you are in the borderline. But even then, you can get good colleges in the 2nd or 3rd round.

In the IPU CET candidates are awarded four marks for each correct answer. It is crucial for candidates to provide their best possible answers to maximize their scores. The final score of a candidate is determined by the total number of correct answers, as partial marking or credit for partially correct responses is not applicable. Conversely, there is a deduction of one mark for every wrong answer in the IPU CET. It is important for candidates to exercise caution and avoid guessing or randomly marking answers if they are unsure, as incorrect responses can result in a mark deduction.
