According to the latest and past cut offs you have a good chance of getting into Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. The opening cut off rank is around 82 and the closing rank is around 1700.

As you know the competition is quite hard these days so with 2500 rank in IPU CET it is not possible for you to get the top colleges under IPU. But don't be sad you will get 2nd or 3rd best colleges under IPU.

From 20022 ownwards IPU CET has started taking CLAT score.

The admission to IPU BA LLB will be done based on the merit of Common Law Admission Test (CLAT). CLAT is conducted by National Law University's on a rotational basis. Candidates should have completed Class 12 or equivalent examination with at least 50% marks
Total fees for the course is around 3.50 Lacs.

You can get B.Com seats in A graded college from NAAC good colleges for the infrastructure and qualified teachers will be available in A graded college
You can Even expect for campus interview.

Hi Harsh you got good ranking of 5280 ranks in B.Com (Hons). And it is seriously very good ranking and also you are from SC Category so you can easily get job in any other colleges. So just go for it and have good future. It's absolutely a good option

Given your rank, there seems to be a little chance of getting VIPS at this rank but do not lose hope there are other good colleges which you can get into with the given rank.
