If you are a resident of the Delhi, then you can be able to get the college, but if you are from outside Delhi, then it would be somewhat difficult for you to get any college in that.

I think you will be in the 15% students as Faridabad comes in the NCR and not in the NCT (National Capital Territory).

You shall get private colleges from the ideal institute and lower in rank in the spot counselling round. There is a very little chance of getting VIPS or Amity based on if the seat is available in the spot round. You also have the option to migrate to the main campus of Amity or VIPs in your second year. My personal suggestion would be not to go with VIPS.
