The popular courses at IREF are MBA in Real Estate, Construction and Finance Management, Master’s Program in Real Estate Business Construction and Finance Management, Post Graduate Certification in Real Estate Valuation (IL) and more. All the degree courses at IREF are offered in affiliation with Shri Venkateshwara College.

IREF is a wide platform that provides a diversity of courses. The major drawback of the platform is the cost of their courses. The programmes at IREF can be expensive for some of the freshers and unemployed students as the UG level courses cost above INR 2 lakh. There is only one free course available for students, named Program In Real Estate Customer Services.
