India has better Aeronautical / Aerospace institutes for graduation and post graduation. I recommend you evaluate Indian Institutes also. Ireland has three colleges offering Aeronautical / Aerospace degree courses. You may consider University of Limerick. You may face challenges / difficulties to get scholarships.

It's going to be extremely tough. 9 years is a huge difference, if you don't complete your MS during the set duration you must return back to your country.Employers will also check your academic results. It is better you pursue a masters in India and may be then you can go to Ireland or any other country for further studies.

Hi Kalpana,
Scottish universities have higher fee structures compared to rest of UK. So if you look from the tuition fee point of view Ireland is cheaper. Also, duration of most programmes are longer compared to the rest of the UK, hence estimated budget will be higher.
Hope this helps.

As far as education goes both UK and Ireland offer good courses in Comp. Science and Engineering. However, if job opportunities concern you then Ireland offers 12 months extended visa as opposed to 4 months in the case of UK. Additionally, prospects for IT grads is better in the UK and Ireland as opposed to other courses.
