ISBM University offers BA course as a regular and honors degree. The BA and BA (Hons) course is available in multiple minor & major courses such as English, History, Political Science, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Sociology, Chhattisgarhi and Sanskrit. Further, there are also different specialisations including BA in Journalism and Mass Communication (BA JMC), B.A. (Hons) in Yoga, BA (Hons) in Public Relation and Event Management etc.

The programme is an undergraduate programme that focuses on the scientific study of yoga principles, practices, and techniques. Yoga is a way of life! Yoga therapy is mainly the use of yogic practices to provide psychological, spiritual, and physiological healing. The programme is spread across six semesters and lasts for three years.
