To be eligible for the LLM program at Ishan Institute of Law, candidates must meet the following criteria:A Bachelor's degree in law, either LL.B. or BA.LL.B., with at least 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized university.There is no age limit for applicants.Candidates must qualify for the entrance exam conducted by Chaudhary Charan Singh (CCS) University, Meerut.

For pursuing LL.M (Master of Law) a 2 year programme for specialisation in fields like constitutional law, international law, human rights, criminal justice law, etc. in the College the Law student should have to meet some criterias like:1. Student should complete 3 year/ 5 year LL.B exams.2. Student should have scored above 55% in the qualifying LL.B exam.3. Reserved catagory students should score at least 45% in the qualifying LL.B exam.
