Yes, ishan institute of Law does refund fees. According to one source, the institute follows the UGC guideline on refunds, which states that a full refund should be made on account of all cancellations of admission /migration of students up to October 31, 2021, for the academic session 2021-22 as a special case. However, it is recommended to check the institute directly for the most up to date accurate information on their refund policy.
