Yes. Paper I is for candidates who wish to teach classes 1 to 5 and Paper II is for candidates who wish to teach classes 6 to 8. In case candidates wish to qualify to teach classes 1 to 8, they can appear for both the papers in CTET.

Yes, you can repeat 12th even if you have passed. It is legal, if you passed in CBSE boards then after 2 years you can repeat 12th with other boards also.
