With a marks of 540 out of 720 you will surely get a seat in a government medical college via your State quota. Though chances of fetching a seat via the AIQ is not impossible.

You should not only have interest, but also have knowledge in computing. You can go for these programs, but different universities have different eligibility criteria. Check them. A good understanding in Mathematics is very useful, when you go for such programs. Good and top colleges are for merit positions or reserved seats, etc. Can be there. You should check if you can become a part of that by securing merit in an examination.

Your marks in NEET are less. As per the previous year cutoffs you cannot get any government Medical College for BAMS. You can get admission to the private medical college but the fees will be very much. So, you need to have good economic condition. You should have maintained a score above 550 to be on the safer side. You cannot get into any government medical college with this mark. There is very less Probability of getting a seat.
