Hello Adithya,
As per current jobs trend, Data Science has a huge demand and scope than Computer Information systems. Most of the CIS graduates are employed in BPO&KPO companies rather than Core field in current market scenario. For Data Science graduate, minimum CTC is 4 Lacs/annum. For CIS, 2.5lakhs/ annum.
All the best for your future.

As per me, it's better you go for either BCA or B.Tech CS and that too from a renowned college offering great placements.

Hi Jeet, the tuition fee for TU Munich's MS Information System is nil. You must however pay a fee of around INR 98,000 towards insurance and student union fee. Additionally you must have around EURO 8640 towards living expenses for obtaining the German student visa. The eligibility criteria of your desired programme is a very good Bachelor's degree in informatics, information systems, economics, or a related field. IELTS/TOEFL will required as well. You should also consider taking the GRE. Please find more details here

Usually, you have around 3-4 months gap after your last B.Sc exam and the commencement of M.Sc programs. As your B.Sc program is running late, you might miss a part of your admission but you will get admission if you are eligible. As the program is running late, you can request the institute to give you provisional admission to M.Sc (as you are likely to get the final result also late).
You can take a letter from college authorities and submit it for M.Sc admission.
All the best.
