Yes, you can but you are advised to check in nearby places like Spain as well like IE, IESE, etc. SDA Bocconi is the only world ranked business school in Italy, if you get through SDA Bocconi you are good to go. MBA Finance is a very good specialization. Finance is an evergreen sector and more and more skilled professionals are required.

Hi Laxman,
To study Bachelor's degree anywhere in the world, it is very important that you pass 10+2. And yes, of course, the 10th and 10+2 marks matter and they could be the only thing that can matter. But different universities have different requirements. Some universities are more competitive and some are less competitive. Yes, you can go to Italy. But, you must retake the IELTS because majority of the Master's degree programs ask for 6.5 band. You should also write to the universities concerned about university specific requirements.
