Check with the universities first and let them evaluate your profile before deciding not to take the IELTS.
There is no minimum percentage requirement. The highly ranked universities would prefer an upper first class. Normally, 60 percent is good enough to be considered for admission in different universities or colleges. You must have a good command over english so that you can be exempted from IELTS requirements.

Italy is place to pursue arts, political science, design etc. Not a popular place to study computer science. If Europe is your choice, you can consider UK, Ireland, Sweden, etc.

Hi Sushma,
There is no free education in Italy, not for the international students. They do have low cost universities which are not the 'best'. You can look for scholarships and financial aid based on your family income. Here are some options you can see

Hi, Yes, PTE Academic is widely accepted in Australia. As for Italy, you would have to check with the university you are interested in. Here is a link. It also lists universities that accept PTE. https://studyabroad.shiksha.com/exams/pte

Hello,
Florence Design Academy is one of world's best interior design academy. Other top schools include Lorenzo de' Medici School, Istituto d'Arte Applicata e Design. Courses may range from 1 year to 3 years. Your other options for BA include but not limited to NABA Milano, IED Milan and Universita IUAV di Venezia. You need to visit the websites for requirements and updated fees. On the whole fee structure is somewhere between € 3000 per year to € 20,000 per year.

Dear Aniket,
SPD Italy is Italy's premier postgraduate school for design. I doubt they offer any bachelor degree program. You can look forward to study here after completing your undergraduate studies from IIT. They have superior master degree courses in the areas of automobiles, web desigining, interior and many more.
Best Wishes

Dear Mani Sankar,
Italy is a well known destination for Arts. Politecnico di Milano is probably the one you can look for in Italy. The Netherlands, Ireland, Denmark , UK are also good options, Germany is however the best place to study mechanical engineering. Hope it helped.
