(4 Semesters) pass with 60% aggregate marks in Bachelors of Science Degree (Home Science or Medical or Non-Medical or Biosciences or Medical Science and Allied Medical or Nutrition and Dietetics or Food Technology) or Veterinary Microbiology and Parasitology or Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology or Clinical Chemistry or Public Health and Allied Sciences or equivalent.So you can opt for this course. The eligibility criteria of B.Sc. (Hons. ). In Food Science & Nutrition is given below. Eligibility criteria : 10+2 with minimum 50% of marks with English as one subject. The maximum weightage of 30% is given to 12th Science+Maths students. While the Nil weightage is given to Non Science and Non Maths students in selection. So you can apply here in B.Sc. Home Science but selection is very difficult if you have not studied Maths at 12th level.

As per the eligibility criteria, A student must have studied four core subjects i.e Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English at 10+2 level.

Overall a great placement orientation and the placement cell is really good as it attracts a lot of good companies that are ready to offer good jobs. Almost all the students get a job right after coming out of college. The highest salary was 65000 per month offered by Infosys to a girl in the batch of 2016.
