Candidate must have passed Class 12 examination with at least 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also at least 50% aggregate marks at Class 12 examination. OR Candidate who have passed 10+3 Diploma examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate can also apply.Admission to the Architecture course is entrance-based. The students who pass the degree course receive a degree from the University of Mumbai. Candidates with a valid score of one among entrance exams, such as JEE Main/ MHT CET/ NATA are eligible for the BArch course.
