B.Tech at Jabalpur Engineering College (JEC) is a commitment and strenuous process. It has a selective admissions process, for which a candidate is required to get a good/ decent rank in JEE Main or MP PET. Once one is in, the coursework is intensive, and more of both theory and practical work is emphasised. One briefly studies for about 40 to 50 hours a week mostly depending on the nature of his/her course, assignments, projects as well as other activities. The teaching staff demands a lot from the students and there are continuous assessments. In order to be successful, one should be prepared, discipline oneself, and attend classes.K
