The students who have passed qualifying exams (i.e., 12th) from the schools located in Delhi (having PIN CODE of Delhi), irrespective of the location of their hometown, would be considered as "Delhi Candidate" in the JAC Delhi counselling process.

JAC Delhi counselling seat allotment status will be made available on candidate’s login after declaration of seat allotment result in each round as specified in the counselling schedule.

No. There is NO MANAGEMENT QUOTA seat in any of the participating university/institute of JAC Delhi counselling. Candidates are advised that they should not believe in unscrupulous elements claiming that they can arrange Management Quota seats.

Yes. A student who is eligible for both JAC and JoSAA counselling can register for both and participate in counselling. JAC counselling facilitates admissions to five institutes in Delhi: DTU, IIITD, IGDTUW, DSEU, and NSUT, based on JEE Main Rank. In this process, 85% of seats are reserved for students from the Delhi region, while the remaining 15% are allocated for students from outside Delhi.On the other hand, JoSAA counselling is designed for admissions to IITs, NITs, IIITs, and certain Government Funded Technical Institutes across the country, utilizing JEE Advanced Rank for IITs and JEE Main Rank for NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs.Si

Once the candidates have successfully saved the counseling details the can access the link to view available choices in the JAC Delhi counselling portal. The systems internally retrieve the credentials of the candidate like gender, category, sub-category, date of birth etc from the candidate’s database and the available choices specific to the candidate based on Rank, category, sub-category. The candidate can view the JAC Delhi choices as per their selection of counselling-type and based on gender, category, sub -category.

No. Candidates are not allowed to change the choices filled by them in JAC Delhi counselling once theu have submitted them. Before submitting the choices, candidates can fill and modify the choices as many times they want. AFter final submisison, no changes in the choices will be allowed.

Candidates are allowed to fill as many choices theu want via the JAC Delhi counselling process. As per the eligibility of the candidates, the available seats are displayed on the screen. Candidates need to select the choices as per their preference.

The subject combination needed in class 12th to apply for JAC Delhi counselling are Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and having passed English as a subject of study.

No. There is no maximum or minimum age criteria are prescribed in the JAC Delhi counselling process. Candidates with JEE Main rank can apply for JAC Delhi counselling, however, minimum marks is needed in class12 to be eligibl for JAC Delhi counselling.
