Yes, you can get admission in JAC Delhi. According to my information Till 1 Lacs rank student gets in the seat in JAC Delhi.

According to your percentile, your rank would fall somewhere between 99933-112339. With this rank there is a possibility that you will get a seat in NITs, as you have not specified your branch, it is difficult to tell the exact Opening ranks and closing ranks of all the NITs as per the branches. But the Cutoffs are very high.

In Joint Admission Counseling (JAC), there are four regular rounds and one spot round. There is no relation between your family income and B.Tech fees, if you are hard working and intelligent student, you can do best to get admission in India's best college which havevery low fees
If you achieve a good rank in JEE ADVANCE they you will get IIT which is dream of every Science student in India, and you will get upto 100% scholarship in it, that means your B.Tech will be completed at no cost. No chance of getting any branch below INR 1.75 Lacs rank CRL in SC category.
So please apply for IPU Counselling if you want colleges in Delhi.

It is very difficult to get a good/lower branch in dtu/nsut/iiitD
So please do not waste your money here instead apply for ipu you will get CS/it/ECE there with your rank.
