If you get college in JoSAA rounds or in JAC rounds for first time then you must have to report if you want college or else you will be out of counselling. So, you must have to report on the first reporting.

Better to go for CSAI, as future is of artificial intelligence. Many Indian & foreign companies are moving towards AI. So, it is a very good opportunity for you to grab it and become a leader in it. You can expect average package in CSE but I think you will get better package in CSAI, may be not in starting but surely after few years. Go for CSAI.
