*Eligibility Criteria for Jadavpur University BA (Hons) Admission 2019.
*General: At least 65% in aggregate with 65% in Bengali.
*PD: At least 61% in aggregate with 61% in Bengali.
*SC/ST: At least 48% in aggregate with 48% in Bengali.
*OBC-A/OBC-B/Kashmiri Migrants/Sports: At least 58% in aggregate with 58% in Bengali.
*Jadavpur University, Faculty of Engineering and Technology (FET) Admission 2019: Courses, Application Form, PG Admission.
*Admission to B.Tech program is offered on the basis of WBJEE score.
*Candidates should have scored at least 45% marks in 10+2 standard in order to be eligible to sit for WBJEE.

Yes, you may take admission directly into 2nd year only if you have a valid diploma from a recognised institute. Contact the desired college in which you want to take admission that what are their guidelines regarding diploma holder students.
