Average package was around INR. 10 LPA - INR. 12 LPA for CSE this year, as per the recently published article in the Hindu Business line. The highest package was INR. 1.1 crores from Google Singapore and around 26 students were placed with annual package of INR. 26 LPA to INR. 35 LPA. Yes, google and microsoft come here.

Well, I will not be biased here but according to me DTU for CS is the best option one can have. Jhadavpur is out of the box simply as it doesn't meet the university level that DTU is having.

You need to appear in IIT JEE. Through required cutoff of Jadavpur University, you may get admission in it.

Yes, this University is best for B.Tech. So, you can take admission in this University.

Paper of TNEA is somehow easier than WBJEE. WBJEE is available for all but the eligibility criteria of TNEA is that you must have passed your 12th from Tamil Nadu.

No, they do not accept JEE score. Jadavpur University accepts score of WBJEE and Anna University accepts score of TNEA.

It is very nice to see your desire and aim of getting into Jadavpur University computer Science engineering department. It's one of the best in West Bengal and obviously many students who appear for WBJEE give this as first option and hence the cutoffs are pretty stiff. From the information that I gathered for the year 2018 rank of 1000 in OBC category would have got you admission in this course but every year is a different year hence you should aim for getting the rank of about 700 under OBC category if you want to make sure that your admission must be confirmed. Presidency University, Kolkata and Bangalore are two different universities. I represent Presidency University, Bangalore, and I have very little information on the Kolkata one. I would recommend you ask the Kolkata people.
