Yes, admission to BCA is completely entrance-based. Eligible candidates are admitted based on a valid score of IPU CET/ CUET UG. Candidates need to qualify for any one of the exam with a valid score. Based on exam scores, candidates are allotted seat through CET Counselling process.

However, after filling the seats through CET scores, the vacant seats are filled through CUET scores for BA and BCA programmes. Moreover, admissions are also provided through Management Quota.
