JIMS, Rohini is a good college for PGDM. It has got 3 branches of PGDM - General, International Business, and Retail Marketing. You can choose any one depending upon your interest.
It has a good infrastructure and outstanding faculty members with a background of IIM-A, FMS and having good corporate exposure. In terms of curriculum, it follows the curriculum of IIM-A. It has incorporated case study method of education where you will be thinking critically about a situation given in the case and come out with a legitimate business solution. The institute is nice and most importantly affordable for the students. There are many companies around 150 who visit the campus every year to offer national and various international placement opportunities.
The institution has average placement upto Rs 8 lakhs to Rs 10 lakh per annum whereas the same for international students is Rs 11 lakh to Rs 14 lakh per annum. This is the major aspect for the admission
Also, many students go for the exams for the abroad studies but frankly one does not need the abroad studies if one is doing well in JIMS only because ultimately, the abroad degree will lead to the placements only.

JIMS Rohini is much better than FIIB as they focus more on students development by managing extra- curricular and academic part simultaneously. JIMS conduct guest lectures, industrial visits, seminars, industrial exposure by arranging mock GDPI's, etc. JIMS not only provide placements but also live projects and summer internships with renounced companies.

Hello Gaurav,
NDIM, Asia Pacific & JIMS-Rohini all are of the same level B-Schools in Delhi-NCR. In terms of ROI, you will definitely get back what you have invested. Almost same companies come for placements in all these colleges with the same package.

Dear Gaurav,
If you want to clear the GDPI round of JIMS Rohini then make sure you have to be clear with your own concepts. GD includes the current topic so make sure you are aware with all the general facts/news etc. PI can be related to your background and why you want to join JIMS.
There are three basic things which can be judged in any interview:
1. Body Language
2. Communication skills, and
3. Confidence
I hope, I have cleared your doubts.
All the best.

Hi Ankush,
Yes, it is worth doing PGDM international business with JIMS, Rohini as it gives you the best placements in the said course.
In spite you will get opportunities to learn about international business, import and export, logistic management and marketing, so you will be fully groomed in all these fields and side by side you can sit in both companies which will come for IB and which will come for marketing separately. Even you can also sit in the companies who come up from logistics firms.

Dear Arjun,
PGDM in retail is a vast program so before applying to any institute kindly check the course curriculum of that respective institute. There are many things which have to be added as per the market trend and it is very important to know the concept they are using in their teaching methodology and the kind of placements, internships, live projects they are offering.
You can check the below mentioned link for more information:
