Hi Tapsi. .JIMS hostel is full of amenities like very fine mess providing 4 time meals, purify drinking water, a.c. Rooms, washing machine, cab facility for college, common TV , power backup , 24hrs security guard etc. PG s are also available in rohini sec5 but these are not so good in comparison to hostel .

I am not very sure about JIMS college. But ISBS PGDM is a good option to consider if you are looking for a average package of Rs.5 lakhs pa and a good return on investment as the fee is only Rs.6 lakhs for 2 years. However, you can also check about the placements for JIMS to evaluate which college would be a better option to consider. I hope that helps.

Doing regular course always have higher weighage. As you are going to pursue graduation my suggestion to you is go for the full time as when you will go for post graduation at that time you might be willing to pursue some course which might not accept your distance degree.
