I think, it may be impossible to get Admission in this College, but maybe you will get Admission not in the first round, but yes in 2nd 3rd or 4th cutoff.

Yes, maybe you will get admission in this college but you have to wait for the last cut-off as there are only 120 seats available and most of them are reserved for category students.
