No, JET (Jain Entrance Test) is not compulsory to get admission into the CMS Business School, Bangalore. The institute also accepts a valid score of other management entrance exams, such as CAT, CMAT, XAT, GMAT, NMAT, etc. Those who have appeared for the aforementioned exams and meet the institute's cutoff are exempted from appearing for the JET exam. However, if the student doesn't provide scorecard of the exams listed above, they must appear and clear the entrance exam held by Jain University, Bangalore. No, admission to full-time UG and PG courses at Jain University is not possible. For admission of candidates in all the courses such as BBA, BCA, MCA, BTech, MBA, BSc, MA, etc., the university conducts Jain Entrance Test (JET). This is an online entrance test conducted by Jain University for the selection of deserving candidates. This exam is valid and mandatory to qualify for all the UG and PG courses. However, for courses such as MBA, M.Tech and BTech, candidates can apply via scores of other entrance exams, which are either valid at the state or national-level for the respective courses. Admission to a four-year BTech course at Jain University is entirely entrance-based. Those who are willing to get admission to this course must qualify for the respective entrance exams. Candidates can either apply via a score of Jain Entrance Test (JET), which is an in-house entrance exam of Jain University conducted for its UG and PG courses.
