Both the cities have large number of colleges offering B.Sc in CS. These are affiliated to the connected universities. I feel you can proceed with admission in either of the cities.

Delhi has a wider and better options for doing BBA. You can choose between Delhi University and GGSIPU. Both Universities have more then 25 options available for doing BBA. Beside these, there are lots of other private universities in NCR region for BBA.

SRM NCR campus is also good if you want to be in North. Otherwise Ramapuram campus is better than NCR.

Delhi is having 22 institutes offering a course in event management whereas Jaipur is having only 5 colleges for the same. So, Delhi will be a better option to pursue event management. Kindly refer to these link for colleges in Delhi and Jaipur for the same:
