IIT JAM 2024 applications shall be scrutinized to verify the data entered by the candidate with the submitted supporting documents, clarity of the photograph and signature. If everything is found to be in order, the application will be accepted. Otherwise, defects in the application will be marked and intimated to the candidate for rectification within a stipulated time. The status of the application and defects marked in the application will be intimated to the candidates through e-mail and/or SMS. The latest status of an application will be updated after the receipt and re-scrutiny of the application.The status of an application can be checked at any point of time by logging in JOAPS. Candidates should rectify the marked defects in the application before the stipulated deadline. Failing to rectify the defects within the stipulated time can lead to the rejectionof the application.

IIT JAM  2024 Counselling process is expected to start from second week of April, 2024. Candidates will be able to fill the admission forms through online mode. Students who will qualify the exam can submit their admission forms with payment of admission application fee. The counselling process will be held in various rounds according to seats availability in each round. On the basis of candidate’s rank, the admission will be offered to the students. Students must bring their complete documents as informed by the authority for the document verification process.An Applicant was considered for admission only to the programme choices filled in the Admission Form. There were four rounds of admission, in the normal case. If seats remain vacant, additional rounds may be conducted. Applicants receiving an offer in any of the rounds are required to login at the official website within the stipulated time and choose one of the three options viz.  (a) Accept and Freeze (b) Accept with Upgrade (c) Reject and Quit. 

Once IIT JAM 2024 result is declared, candidates need to fill and submit an admission form. It is necessary to fill the IIT JAM 2024 admission form to take part in the counselling process. Candidates can fill and submit the application form for the IIT JAM admission process.The examination conducting authority has not released any official dates for the admission process. However canididates can expect the filling of IIT JAM 2024 admission form in the first week of April 2024.Aspirants can visit the JAM 2024 JOAPS portal for filling out the admission form. This is a common application form for all participating IITs and candidates need not send any hard copy of the IIT JAM admission form to the respective institutes. 

The last date for filling up the online application form for MSc courses has been extended to October 18, 2024. Candidates qualifying in JAM 2025 are eligible to apply for admission to around 3000 seats in IITs for the academic year 2025-26. No additional evaluation process, such as suitability test or interview is required for admission to the programmes in Admitting Institutes under JAM 2025.IIT JAM 2025 for the academic session 2025-2026 will be conducted by IIT Delhi, the examination conducting body on February 02,  2025. Aspirants who had already completed an undergraduate degree (BSc) or are currently studying in the final year of undergraduate programmes are eligible to apply for the exam. 

As per the official information, it is confirmed that JAM 2025 examination is scheduled to be held on February 2, 2025. Depeneding upon any technical issue and crisis from the examaintion conducting body, the examination might schedule to other dates, but the probability of that is very negligible. IIT Delhi, the examination conductung body for the academic session 2025-2026 has announced the IIT JAM 2025 exam date through an official notification. Hence, it can be said that the JAM 2025 exam date is confirmed. Now that the application process is going to be commenced from September 3, 2025, it is all the more evident that the IIT JAM 2025 exam date is confirmed.

Joint Admission test for Masters (JAM) has been established as a benchmark for the undergraduate level Science education in the country from last two decades. The objective of JAM is to provide admissions to Post- graduate Degree Programmes and to consolidate Science as a career option for the students across the country.IIT JAM 2025 examination for the academic session 2025-2026 will be conducted by IIT Delhi, the examination conducting body. Aspirants who had earlier filled the JAM 2025 application form with the required eligibility will be able to give the JAM 2025 examination. IIT JAM 2025 examination is scheduled to be held on February 2, 2025. JAM 2025 is a Computer Based Test (CBT) to be conducted in SEVEN Test Papers at the undergraduate level.

Candidates seeking admission to select postgraduate programmes for the academic year 2025-26 must appear in JAM 2025 Examination. IIT JAM 2025 for this academic cycle will be conducted by IIT Delhi, the examination conducting body on February 2, 2025. Instrested applicants of IIT JAM 2025 examination can visit the official website of IIT JAM 2025 and fill up the IIT JAM 2024 application form. The online application portal has been opened on September 3, 2024 and can be applied for a period of around a month. The last date for filling up the online application form for MSc courses will be October 11, 2024.
