To upload your PwD (Person with Disability) Certificate in the JAM portal, you can follow the steps given below:
Visit the official website of IIT JAM and log in to your account using your JAM registration number and password. On the dashboard, click on the "Enrollment Form" tab. You should not calm yourself with movies and there is already detailed page in Shiksha for last minute tips what you should do at last minute. Since you have asked, I would provide you briefly at what you should do. Firstly, Refrain yourself from new topic but revision as preparation can never be enough so do revise once the topics you have covered already and check sample paper and timing of examination and don't forget any necessary documents for exam. If you are preparing for IIT JAM examination to do your Masters from IIT, NIT, other top gov. Colleges then your target is very well
For the preparation for IIT JAM so you have good guidance very well teacher for your doubt solving, and have mentally and physically fit
Your score in IIT JAM to get a seat in IIT is Physics 65+, Chemistry 80+, mathematics 60+
And you do self study but not joining a coaching is not good, you go with online coaching to save your time and any time take your doubt

You get a seat in IIT through IIT JAM exam your score is in every subject is good because you should good score then you get older IIT, your score will be subject wise is Physics 75+, Chemistry 85+, mathematics 70+
This is a expected good score in IIT JAM exam to get a seat in older IIT.
