Anyone who wants to appear in IIT JAM exam. Maths is not a compulsory subject JAM for biotechnology, chemistry and biological science but for physics and maths is compulsory.

Hi,
Not at all but maths is much necessary for the biotechnologist, biotechnology is a vast subject. If you did not have maths in 12th then don't worry, maths is not a mandatory subject for biotechnology courses.

Hello, Yes, you can take your IIT JAM Exam. There is one mandatory qualification needed for applying in this exam and that is the graduation degree in relevant field with an aggregate 55% of marks (For general category) and 50% aggregate marks (SC/ST/PWD candidates). There are no age criteria is decided for taking IIT JAM Exam. So you can undoubtedly apply for this exam.
