You can apply for the NITs and new IITs for M.Sc in physics. There is a subject like mathematical physics, if you are interested then apply for that.

Hi, Congratulation on clearing the exam!
For the IIT JAM bilogical science stream, the competion is hard for getting admission in top IITs, cutoff varies every year for every subject. This year, cutoff for bilogical science is 21.48, 19.33, 10.74 for GEN, OBC (NCL), SC/ST/PwD respectively. In IIT JAM exam, Section A have 50 marks and it carries 30 Questions. First 10 questions carries 1 mark each, while next 20 questions carries 2 marks each.

This year, IIT JAM has total 2152 seats for IITs and IISc and 1412 seats for NITs to getting the admission for M.Sc. And Ph.D. courses. The minimum score is defined according to the IIT JAM 2019 Cut Off by IIT Kharagpur. As you know, IIT JAM conducts in seven subjects. So, the cut off is declared in all 7 subjects. Mostly the highest cutoff in JAM is for Geology 35-40 average (according to the previous data). If you want to get the admission in IITs then you need to 60 above marks in your subject. Hope it will help you.
