Yes, you can apply for IIT JAM Exam. If you want to apply for mathematics then you must satisfy the eligibility criteria:
Mathematics as one of the core subjects or
Mathematics for at least two years/four semesters or
Mathematics/Statistics as a subject for at least two years/four semesters.
Or
Anyone of Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics for two years/four semesters and any one of the other four subjects for at least one year/two semesters, mathematics one of the subjects in 12th class.

Mathematics and Physics and any one of these subjects among Chemistry, Computer Science, Computer Application, Geology and

Yes, you are eligible for IIT JAM Exam when you are appearing in final year of graduate course or have degree of the graduate. The eligibility of IIT JAM Exam is: -
All candidates admitted through IIT JAM https://www.eduncle.com/iit-jam-exam should have a Bachelors degree. In the qualifying degree, the aggregate marks or CGPA/CPI without rounding-off should be at least 55% or 5.5 out of 10 for General/OBC (NCL) category candidates and 50% or 5.0 out of 10 for SC/ST and PwD category candidates.
