For IIT JAM exam it is compulsory to appear for physics, chemistry and maths.

Hello, To appear in IIT JAM Exam, you need a graduation degree with minimum 55% marks for General & OBC, and 50% marks for SC, ST categories. IIT does not offer economics through IIT JAM, but it does offer M.Sc Geophysics through IIT JAM. But, you must be the student of B.Sc Physics honors, then you can choose between M.Sc Physics and M.Sc Geophysics after clearing JAM. Here are four IIT's, which offer geophysics:
IIT Bombay M.Sc Geophysics (2year).
ISM Dhanbad M.Sc. Tech geophysics (3year)
IIT Kharagpur Integrated Ph.D Geophysics
IIT Roorkee Integrated M.Tech.
And, there are other universities too like,
BHU, Kurushetra University, Osmania University.

First you have to qualify maths exam only then you will be eligible for IIT JAM exam.

Yes, you are eligible as IIT JAM is for pursuing M.Sc. Degree and anyone who wants to go for M.Sc. Whether he/she is from B.Tech or B.Sc is eligible!
