There are a number of colleges where you can do a course in M.Sc from. Please refer to the link provided below for a list of M.Sc. courses in India. However, you have a good percentage in your second year and if you study hard, you have a good chance of cracking the IIT JAM, so give it your best.

General Eligibility Criteria
Indian national, as well as foreign nationals, are eligible for JAM.
Candidates applying for JAM should have Bachelor's degree as a qualifying examination degree.
The qualifying examination must be passed with minimum 55% aggregate marks (in all subjects including Languages and Subsidiaries, all years combined) without rounding off.
Candidates belonging from SC/ST category are required to obtain at least 50% aggregate marks, without rounding off.
In case of grading system/CGPA, the equivalence in percentage of marks will be decided by the admitting Institute.
