Yes, of course, you can. Just make sure that you have studied the subject you're attending exam of, for atleast 2 years (or 4 sems) in your graduation. Also the minimum percentage is 55% aggregate taking all subjects adding up through all the 3 years of your undergraduate degree. I don't know why others are giving wrong information that min. Requirement is 60%.
